Accelerated Development Services announces the appointment of Carl Kocurek as Vice President and Director of Development. Carl’s focus is to pursue build-to-suit development sites on behalf of our tenant clients and manage these through the pre-development process. In addition, he will be evaluating opportunities for the company to acquire shopping center developments, which may include redevelopment projects, as well as increase the organizations fee development activity.

His extensive experience spanning over two decades as the real estate manager/director with a national restaurant pad tenant is an incredible asset to our retail clients,” said Trey Eakin, Executive Vice President of Accelerated Development Services. “His knowledge of the internal real estate process within a retailer helps him understand the site selection requirements at a much deeper level. Additionally, his ability to take a store from the initial site selection through the grand opening is a huge benefit to our clients.” he added.
Carl is adept at multi-market expansions for retailers and has extensive knowledge of markets throughout the southwestern and southeastern United States. This experience gives retailers an advantage when seeking out expansion opportunities in markets where quality retail sites may be scarce.
