Carson Klepinger focuses on site acquisition, development strategy, and project execution for retail and commercial developments. Prior to joining Accelerated, Carson served as Land Acquisition & Leasing Manager at Glenwood Development, where he sourced new development opportunities and led leasing efforts for the company’s shopping center portfolio. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of national and regional retailers, including McDonald’s, Whataburger, Dutch Bros Coffee, Culver’s, Take 5 Oil Change, Swig, Heartland Dental, Primrose Schools, Super Star Car Wash, Angry Crab Shack, and others.
Carson earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, where he also received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. His academic and professional experience is centered on real estate investment, financial analysis, market research, and development strategy.
An Arizona native, Carson is passionate about thoughtful development, relationship-driven business, and creating long-term value through strategic real estate investments. Outside of work, he enjoys endurance training, golf, and spending time with his wife, Haley, and family.
