Accelerated Development Services recently completed a $6,900,000 NNN investment sale of the 13,818 square foot multi-tenant Center Marketplace in Midwest City, OK. The building is located at 5900 – 5914 SE 15th Street in Midwest City. The property held its grand opening earlier this year.
Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts, Eli Castronova, and Dean Ingram represented the Seller in the transaction, CAV Midwest City 15, LLC, a entity in partnership with Accelerated Development Services. The local Oklahoma buyer, AEX as QI for Colonial Center Marketplace, LLC was represented by Grant Stewart of Wiggin Properties, LLC.

Accelerated hired a local artist to paint a mural on the wall honoring the military women in service at Tinker Airforce Base, located nearby. Tenants include Pearle Vision, Nashbird, The Baked Bear, Teriyaki Madness, Great Clips, MeryGo Health, Mariner Finance, and Smoothie King. Dutch Bros Coffee is on a separately owned pad within the project.
