Fallas Discount Stores recently held their grand opening at Frontier Crossing, located at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Arizona. The 24,268 square foot store will join The Tractor Supply, 99 Cent Only and Sears Hometown as part of the tenant lineup for this newly redeveloped shopping center.
Fallas was represented by Richard Rizika of CBRE in Los Angeles, and Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix.
The property is being jointly developed by Accelerated Development Services and Wadsworth Development. “Fallas Discount Store will be a great compliment to our shopping center, and is the last big box we had to lease. With great success from the existing tenants in the center, we are anticipating a successful launch for Fallas,” said Dave Cheatham, President for Accelerated Development.
This will be the sixteenth Fallas Discount Store in Arizona. Brands under the corporate umbrella include: Fallas Paredes, Fallas Discount Stores, Fallas Kid Stores and Factory 2U.
Currently the shopping center has 6,000 square feet remaining to be leased. Discussions are in progress with potential retailers who will round out the tenant mix and complete the project. The leasing team of Michael Clark and John Jackson from Velocity Retail Group are working with the ownership group on all potential new tenants. They can be reached at 602-682-6075.
