With over two decades of experience in real estate development and new store expansions, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
Josh’s extensive background includes a significant tenure with the United States Coast Guard, where he served as a Coxswain/Boarding Officer for six years. Following his service, Josh pursued his education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a degree in Peace, War, and Defense with a concentration in counterterrorism. His unique academic and professional experiences have equipped him with a robust skill set and strategic insight.
During his 10-year career with ALDI USA, Josh played a pivotal role as the Director of Real Estate, focusing on the new store expansion initiatives across Arizona and the Mid-Atlantic regions. His innovative approach and dedication contributed significantly to ALDI’s growth and presence in these markets.
In the past six years, Josh has continued to make an impact in the industry by working as a real estate developer with notable partners such as Seven Brew and Royal Farms. His hands-on experience in developing locations across nine states underscores his capability in site selection, acquisition, and project execution.
Josh’s arrival at Accelerated Development Services marks a significant milestone for our company. His leadership and vision will be instrumental in driving our development strategies and expanding our footprint.
