Kelly Martinez, Construction Manager and Vice President, has been promoted to Senior Vice President for Accelerated Development. Kelly joined the firm in 2021 and is based in the Dallas Texas area, with over 25 years’ experience in all facets of the construction process. He brings a wealth of knowledge to each of our company’s projects. He is versed in all phases of a project from the initial due diligence for the acquisition of the property on through design and completion.
His tenure in the business includes managing budgets, negotiating contracts, estimating, and coordinating all facets of the development process. Working with various municipalities and jurisdictions has given Kelly an ability to bring all parties together to collaborate and see each project to fruition.
He can effectively work at the field level to determine progress and scheduling concerns during construction, as well as communicate effectively to our tenant clients and partners to provide accurate updates on the status of the project. Handling multiple projects at one time and working through each phase of the project has earned Kelly accolades among his peers.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington with a degree in engineering. He is a third generation Dallas native, where he lives with his family today.
