Victor Moreno is an Associate in the acquisitions division working closely with Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts on retail tenant representation, site selection, and development assignments throughout Arizona and select national markets. He supports both emerging brands and established national retailers on expansion initiatives, helping identify opportunities and evaluate sites that align with client growth strategies.
He is involved in site identification, market evaluation, and deal execution across land acquisitions, pad development, and redevelopment opportunities. Victor works closely with clients, landlords, and internal teams throughout the transaction process to help advance projects from initial evaluation through completion.
Victor is an Arizona native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
