Forum Crossing Gets Nominated for an Outstanding Construction Award

Every year the Texas Building Branch of AGC (Associated General Contractors) sponsors the Outstanding Construction Awards competition. Projects are judged on difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, materials, etc.; unusual construction techniques involved; final appearance and quality of the finished product; timeliness of completion; and utilization of AGC members. Accelerated Development Service's San Antonio partners, Alpine Contracting, have been nominated for the Facade Renovation at their Forum Crossing shopping center in San Antonio. GRAND OPENING – At Home Opens at Market Center Crossing in Albuquerque

Residents of Albuquerque will soon be able to shop at a new 88,000 square foot home decor store at Market Center Crossing.  At Home will be located at the northeast corner of Interstate 40 and Eubank Avenue. The first 20 customers to the new store on March 21st will receive a $200 gift card, as reported on the company's Facebook page. The shopping center is undergoing renovations and crews are working on the exterior remodel for the 20,000 square feet of shop space which is located between the existing Target store and At Home. As reported in the ABQ Journal, Accelerated plotted 36 months for the center’s redevelopment, and Cheatham said the project has proceeded ahead of schedule. Accelerated Development Services Announces the Grand Opening of Fallas Discount Stores at Frontier Crossing in Kingman, Arizona

Fallas Discount Stores recently held their grand opening at Frontier Crossing, located at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Arizona.  The 24,268 square foot store will join The Tractor Supply, 99 Cent Only and Sears Hometown as part of the tenant lineup for this newly redeveloped shopping center. Fallas was represented by Richard Rizika of CBRE in Los Angeles, and Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix. Accelerated Development Appoints Veteran Real Estate Executive Greg Coxon as Chief Operating Officer

Accelerated Development Services announced today that Greg Coxon has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the firm and its affiliated brokerage company Velocity Retail Group. Coxon is a seasoned real estate executive who most recently was the President of Brokerage Services for Grubb & Ellis, and then transitioned that role to Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank during the recent purchase in 2012.  Prior to that he was the Senior Managing Director at CBRE for the Phoenix office.  While with the Phoenix office, Coxon was awarded Manager of the Year, and was the founding manager for various specialty practice groups including, Hospitality, Land, Economic Incentives and Property Tax Appeal. Accelerated Development Services Signs Tractor Supply to Frontier Crossing

Tractor Supply will be opening a new 25,898 square foot store at Frontier Crossing, located at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Arizona.  They will join 99 Cent Only and Sears Hometown as part of the tenant lineup for this newly redeveloped shopping center.  The Tractor Supply store will open in the 4th quarter of this year. This will be just the third Tractor Supply Store in Arizona.  The first one is located in Globe and is opening by the end of July.  The Kingman and Prescott Valley stores are slated for later this year.  Tractor Supply is in nearly 1200 stores in 45 states across the United States.  The stores typically locate in rural communities or in the [...]
